Booking
Appointments are pre-booked only.
A booking is not fully confirmed until the appointment details, location suitability, timing and required confirmation information have been agreed.
Mason may decline, cancel or rearrange an appointment if the setting is unsuitable, unsafe, inappropriate or different from what was agreed.
Appointment space
The client provides a private, clean and appropriate space with a suitable surface.
No children or pets should be present in the massage area.
The client must have the right to receive a visitor or service at the appointment location.
Prices and offers

First-time client offers are available to first-time clients only.
Referral appreciation gestures, where offered, are discretionary and discussed privately.
Conduct
